Trader Horne

Biography

Perhaps one of the most interesting one-shots of the first ’70s, this duo featured Irish multi-instrumentalist Jackie McAuley, who was simply accountable for some of these great body organ lines on Them’s early information, and Judy Dyble, who all sang on Fairport Convention’s initial album before getting replaced by Sandy Denny in 1968. Their singular LP, Morning Method, is great if slightly valuable United kingdom folk-rock with an Olde British, fairy-tale air, and can appeal to enthusiasts of the first function of both Donovan and Fairport.
