Tracy + the Plastics can be an explosive electro-dance single task of Wynne Greenwood, an Olympia, WA-based functionality artist who assumes the alter-ego of Tracy, even though video-projected sidekicks, Nikki Romanos and Cola, become backups the Plastics.
