Vocalist, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Tracy Shedd’s fragile, wistful, confessional, and stubbornly dreamy music, component folk and component minimal choice pop, possess made her the queen of slowcore. Blessed and elevated in Jacksonville, Florida, the little girl of a nation singer, she was raised encircled by music, learning traditional piano, playing trumpet in her high-school marching music group, and developing an early on curiosity about jazz before finding guitar, punk rock and roll, and the choice indie globe.
