Biography
Toxic Narcotic toured constantly through the entire ’90s and garnered a big, dedicated subsequent. In 1999 the punk music group released its 89-99 collection and adopted it in 2002 with WE ARE ALL Doomed, its 1st widely distributed launch, on Proceed Kart Information (with distribution by Caroline).
