Biography
A local of Buenos Aires who moved to Brazil as an adolescent, Torcuato Mariano was raised hearing the music of his personal country in addition to Americans such as for example Santana and Stevie Question. Playing acoustic guitar, Mariano toured with Sergio Mendes, Ivan Lins and Gal Costa but became a single artist in the first ’90s. Mariano authorized with the brand new age group label Windham Hill and in 1994 released Heaven Station, an recording that mixed his history with rock and roll and blues affects. One year later on, he released Last Appear.
