Modern R&B singer/songwriter Tony Full initial attracted attention as an employee writer at LaFace Information, where he authored hits for acts including Boyz II Guys, Johnny Gill, TLC, and Toni Braxton. Because the Tony Full Task, he debuted in 1995 with Phrases, writing, executing, and making every note from the LP himself. After credit scoring the Grammy-nominated strikes “Such as a Girl” and “No one Understands,” he released 1998’s Birdseye, also for LaFace, and went the indie path with Resurrected (Full Tasks/Compendia, 2003), Images (Full Mass media/IM, 2006), and Exist (Hidden Seaside, 2008). He also supplied the music for A FRESH Understanding of Tranquility (Sefat Mustard Seed, 2006), a gospel discharge offering narration from Sheila Evans.
