The clarinetist Tom Delaney is among the credited sessionmen on tracks recorded by singer and songwriter Hoyt Axton in the first ’80s. He’s no regards to the blues songwriter from the same name who passed away in the ’60s, apart from the actual fact that he most likely practiced the old Delaney’s structure “The Jazz Me Blues,” a typical for clarinet.
