An alternative steel music group formed in Argentina by Japanese descendants, Tintoreros burst on the neighborhood scene in the first ’90s, touring Buenos Aires’ membership circuit. After taking part in a compilation known as Alta Tensión, Los Fabulosos Cadillacs’ Sr. Flavio created their debut record, Primate, which debuted on MTV Latino with “Nunca.” The music group released an EP known as Traición in 1997. Previous GIT associates Pablo Guyot and Alfredo Toth created their following record, Chas Park, that was released with the independent Rashomon Information in Oct 2000.
