Tina & the B-Side Movement

Though she was raised with edgy new-wave throughout her, Tina Schlieske later on found embrace a far more rootsy vision of American rock and roll & move. With her support music group — guitarist Patrik Tanner (later on Troy Norton), bassist Jeremy Plumb, drummer Expenses Oehrlein and her sister Laura Jorgensen on percussion, Tina & the B-Sides (or B-Side Movement) self-released many albums using their Minneapolis foundation before putting your signature on with Sire Information in 1995. Schlieske have been intrigued with pub bands for quite some time before she was actually legal, sneaking into night clubs to perform as soon as 1984. Once she arrived old, she produced a music group and began experimenting Minneapolis at any membership that would have got her. Steadily, she assembled a good music group and in 1989 documented her debut record, Tina & the B-Side Movement. It had been released on her behalf own Movement Information, which also demonstrated the house of 1992’s Youthful Us citizens (a live record) and 1994’s Monster. The music group had won many local music honours by that point, and shopped their demonstration around until Seymour Stein of Sire Information agreed to view a live present. Tina & the B-Side Movement had been agreed upon to Sire many days afterwards, and released their major-label debut Salvation in early 1996. It’s All Likewise implemented in 1998.
