Tim Sweeney

DJ and manufacturer Tim Sweeney spent the first many years of his lifestyle in NEW YORK, Georgia, and Maryland. He enrolled at NY School in 1999 to be able to research music technology and became a normal existence on WNYU via his Beats in Space plan. He also kept down internships with pioneering turntablist Steinski as well as the DFA label, furthermore to learning to be a qualified membership DJ. After adding saxophone towards the DFA remix of Radio 4’s “Dance towards the Underground” and blending the DFA display disc that was included with the Apr 2003 problem of Muzik, Sweeney’s name became familiar to people outside NY. Along with DFA co-head Tim Goldsworthy, Sweeney come up with the mixed disk that was released within 2004’s DFA Compilation #2. He added to Rammellzee’s Bi-Conicals from the Rammellzee aswell.
