Mutant-blues trio Tijuana Hercules had been led by vocalist/guitarist John Forbes, an Indiana local who initial surfaced in the late ’80s while a member from the Atlanta music group Phantom 309, which also featured potential Jesus Lizard drummer Mac pc McNeilly.
