Tiara

Columbus, OH-based indie pop combo Tiara was formed in 1995 by vocalist/guitarist Eric Rottmayer, also famed in underground circles for his single task Metronome. Guitarist Brian Freshour, his bassist sibling Craig and drummer Brian Moore quickly finished the lineup, using the debut Tiara solitary “Birthmark” (a break up launch with Preston Furman) showing up in 1996; “Discover enough time” adopted a year later on, and in 1998 the group released its 1st full-length effort Phoning the Whales for the Hub Town label.
