Thumpers

London’s hyper-polished indie pop duo Thumpers had been formed by aged close friends John Hamson, Jr. and Marcus Pepperell, who started playing music collectively as teens but started employed in earnest on a fresh task in 2011 by exchanging tips through e-mails and different correspondences. These exchanges eventually gave method to meet-ups for intense recording periods, and in 2012 the stew of tips and documenting sketches materialized into Thumpers. Both honed their catchy and hook-heavy pop recordings, ultimately catching the hearing of Sub Pop, who agreed upon the music group on the effectiveness of several widely-circulated online monitors. Though mostly functioning just like a duo, Pepperell and Hamson teamed with manufacturer David Kosten for a few songs on the debut and prolonged the live edition of the music group to add an often spinning ensemble of players. In 2013 Thumpers performed shows starting for Chvrches and Everything Everything, and finally set out independently headlining trips. Debut recording Galore found its way to early 2014.
