Thought Brigade

Robert Capra and Alan Levin 1st met in 1989 and performed through the entire Boston area in a variety of rings. In 1991, they truly became Urban Oasis with Capra performing lead, playing acoustic guitar and managing the song composing duties. Levin performed keyboards and aided with support vocals. John Stetson offered as the drummer, and Bob Willems performed bass. Urban Oasis documented one demonstration, which featured an early on edition of “Information,” a music subsequently included into Idea Brigade’s debut. When Urban Oasis disbanded in 1993, Levin remaining for NY and Capra shaped Drift, a music group that garnered some interest on university radio using their one four-song Compact disc, There’s Goes Another Book. In 1997, Drift was forget about, and Levin and Capra reunited in Boston to generate Idea Brigade. With studio room music artists John Ditty and Chris Lynch, they documented the full size Painfully Close in 1999. Drummer Pat Santorelli and bassist Ron Peddle officially joined Believed Brigade upon the disc’s summer season 1999 release.
