Thom Jurek

Staff article writer Thom Jurek was created in 1958 and was raised around Detroit. He continues to be authoring music since he was 15. His critiques, interviews, and content articles have made an appearance in mags and publications including Rolling Rock, Creem, Musician, Spin, American Songwriter, Paste, Interview, The Canadian Journal of Politics and Sociable Theory, and Rock and roll and Rap Private. Jurek in addition has written liner records for a number of albums. He’s the writer of two poetry choices: DUB (In Camcorder, 1986), and Memory space Hand bags, with French designer Jacques Karamanoukian (Ridgeway, 1995). His fiction continues to be anthologized in Storming the truth Studio room: A Casebook on Cyberpunk and Postmodern Technology Fiction (Duke College or university Press) and somewhere else. Jurek offered as older editor for Detroit’s Metro Occasions from 1990-1996; he continues to be associated with All Music Guideline since 1999.
