Hailing from Bury St. Edmunds, a city in the British state of Suffolk (best-known as the house from the Greene Ruler brewing firm), Thee Vicars certainly are a rock and roll & move combo made up of four teenagers who like their music fast, noisy, solid, and sounding as though it originated from ten years that was over before these were blessed.
