The Wolves

Houston-based band who trim some demos for Sea Ell Information, three which saw the light of day 24 years afterwards. They were even more of a blues-based garage area band when compared to a psychedelic clothing, which produced their music much less interesting when compared to a lot of various other bands on Ocean Ell. They performed hard and sang with passion, but were even more heavy and extreme than particularly great, despite some bluesy electric guitar work. The very best of their released slashes may be the Chuck Berry-like “Prohibited In Boston,” which is normally catchy and funny, with an excellent beat plus some great electric slide electric guitar and business lead playing over the fade that’s worth Jeff Beck in his greatest days as an associate from the Yardbirds.
