The Whispertown 2000

Led by vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter (not forgetting former child actor) Morgan Nagler, the Whispertown 2000 (originally known from the name Vagtown 2000) was an indie rock-band that began as a single vehicle but progressed into a full-fledged strap around 2004. Nagler was relocated to create and perform by friend and Rilo Kiley member Blake Sennett, who helped — along with Jenny Lewis — Nagler on her behalf way to musical notoriety. The initial pairing (in other words, Nagler and Tod Adrian Wisenbaker), beneath the aforementioned initial name, performed their first display as an opener to Sennett’s part task the Elected, and quickly began operating off their personal momentum, changing titles and adding users. The brand new four-piece release from the Whispertown 2000 strike the road, and finally released an recording, 2006’s Livin’ inside a Dream, including efforts from Jenny Lewis and Blake Sennett. 2008 would start to see the group build on the strong touring routine with a fresh album, Swim.
