The Victorian British Gentlemens Golf club is a shouty indie rock trio featuring Adam Taylor (guitar/vocals), Louise Mason (bass/vocals), and Emma Daman (drums). Hailing from Cardiff, Wales, the punky pop threesome produced their documenting debut in early 2006; using the limited-edition “The Stories of Hermit Tag”/”My Child Spell Backwards” released in the springtime and dual A-side “Novice Guy”/”Ban the Gin” pursuing that summer time, the Victorian British Gentlemans Club put into the anti-emo sentiment presently taking their indigenous U.K. by surprise because of the growing recognition of Horrors and Bloodstream Red Shoes. Displays with You State Party! We State Die! coincided using the launch of their self-titled debut recording in fall 2006; 1st single “Difficult Sightings Over Shelton” debuted at quantity ten within the U.K. Indie Singles Graph its 1st week out.
