The Thumbs

Hailing in the Washington, D.C., region, the Thumbs started their punk of snotty antics that appeared up towards the 1977-era from the Ramones, The Deceased Boys and THE BRAND NEW York Dolls. Added making use of their personal sense pop-punk, the initial line up started in 1995 with Bobby Borte (acoustic guitar/ vocals), Tag Minnig (bass/ vocals), Mike Hall (acoustic guitar/ vocals), and Randy Davis (drums). Pursuing their 1996 self-titled EP on Sneezeguard Information, a perpetual touring plan along with a revolving type of drummer would regular The Thumbs for several years. Upon liberating the Lovely Merciful Crap, It is the Thumbs EP in 1997, the lineup would ultimately shorten to some three-piece in 1998 with Tag Minnig’s departure. Carrying on on with Mike Hall shifting to bass and Friendly Pat overtaking on drums, Soda pop Jerk Information released the Thumbs’ 1st full-length entitled Make America Solid in 1998. All Reduced Devils adopted in 2000 and Last Match made an appearance the following springtime.
