The Swear

Fronted by former Alastor member Elizabeth Elkins, whose tone of voice has been in comparison to Patti Smith and Chrissie Hynde, Atlanta, GA, strap the Swear attract from several influences, including Opening, Garbage, the Smashing Pumpkins, and Fugazi. The group, made up of Elkins (vocals, acoustic guitar), Jeremy Zamora (acoustic guitar), Kevin Williams (bass), and Jerod Snider (drums), produced its documenting debut in 2005 with Every Trick’s an excellent One, that was made by Russ-T Cobb and learned by Howie Weinberg. 2 yrs afterwards, the group came back towards the studio room with Matt Goldman to begin with focus on its follow-up record. RESORT ROOMS and Heart Episodes premiered in 2008.
