The Submarines are an indie pop group comprising John Dragonetti (aka Jack port Pull) and Blake Risk, who initially crossed paths while working as solo artists in Boston. Introduced by shared friends, the set quickly became musically and romantically included. Dragonetti created Hazard’s debut single album, 2002’s Small Airplane, plus they started playing and carrying out with each other’s rings.
