The winners of a thorough talent search headed by Geffen Information and DIC Entertainment to make a quintet of singing, dance, and acting girls, Cassie Scerbo, Karla Deras, Mallory Low, Lina Carattini, and Caroline Ferguson-Scott, all from various geographic and ethnic backgrounds inside the U.S., arrived collectively in 2006 to create the Slumber Party Women. Co-produced by label bigshot Ron Good, the group released its debut recording, Dance Trend, in 2006. In addition they acted as hosts from the CBS Sunday morning TV stop Magic formula Slumber Party along with the house music group for the display Dance Revolution.
