Comprised of veterans of other garage area punk clothes, the Sermon started in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA in 2000. Vocalist and theremin participant Mike Gabriel was previously in Pittsburgh, PA, group the Support McKinleys, drummer Rob Alper used the Fells, along with other past and present people from the Sermon possess used the Dukes of Hamburg as well as the Revelers.
