The Sea Ensemble

Eclectic, world music-influenced free of charge jazz group the ocean Outfit was a husband-and-wife group of bassist-clarinetist Donald Rafael Garrett and pianist-cellist-flutist Zusaan Kali Fasteau. Their cooperation started in 1971 in the town where they fulfilled, SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA. The duo started their globe touring and vacationing one year afterwards, visiting and executing in many Western european, Eastern Western european, and African countries and, at one stage, touring with Archie Shepp. Recordings of the ocean Ensemble are the 1976 ESP discharge We Move Jointly and Memoirs of the Wish, a reissue on Fasteau’s Traveling Take note label. Jay Oliver and Glenn Spearman had been also associates of the ocean Ensemble for pretty much a year.
