The Rose Brothers

Brothers Bobby, Greg, Larry, and Kenny Rose recorded several singles and LPs for Malaco’s Muscle tissue Shoals Audio subsidiary label in the late ’80s. These were completed in classic Southern soul design, and had been as gritty and genuine as anything released throughout that period. That doomed these to local oblivion, though their debut one “I LOG OFF YOU” do reach #28 for the R&B graphs in 1986. “Easy Fan” also managed to get to 29 in 1986, however the group couldn’t defeat the stacked chances against nonurban, non-East or Western world Coast material.
