The Rocky Fellers were a quintet of four Filipino brothers and their dad, discovered by producer Stanley Kahn and signed to Scepter Information in early 1963. That they had one strike, “Killer Joe, ” compiled by Bert Berns (as Bert Russell), which surely got to No. 16 within the springtime of 1963, big more than enough to have them an opportunity to record a comprehensive LP for the label. These were even more of a novelty action than other things, and faded out using the arrival from the United kingdom invasion, disappearing from watch after the middle-1960’s.
