The Revels

Founded in 1971, Revels isn’t a strap, but a carrying out arts company focused on teaching the city about traditional folk music from all over the world via sophisticated stage performances. The business was created in Cambridge, MA beneath the path of writer and musician John Langstaff, and on the amount of three years extended into 11 additional cities over the USA including NEW YORK, Oakland, CA, and Evanston, IL. Revels offers released several recordings showcasing styles as varied as sailing tunes and ocean shanties, to music celebrating Passover, to traditional Celtic music, numerous stops among performed by varied organizations culled from the city including children’s, men’s, and women’s choirs, in addition to numerous musical combos.
