The Rapino Brothers

Italian producers, remixers and writers, the Rapino Brothers are Marco Sabiu and Charlie Mallozzi. Sabiu is normally a keyboard participant and programmer, who admits to becoming classically educated (‘though aiming to ignore it’). Previous drummer Mallozzi, on the other hand, supplies the musical understanding behind the group, & most of its technique. After working originally in their indigenous Bologna, Italy, the duo transferred to London in-may 1992. Their profession since then provides boomed, plus they have become accessories on the membership remix circuit via use Vegas (‘She’), Freaky Reasonable (‘Something New’), Heaven 17 ‘(We Don’t Want This) Fascist Groove Thang’, Candyland (‘Rainbow’), Dayeene (‘Around The Globe’), London Children (‘Baby Come Back again’) and Milan (‘Affectionately Mine’), amongst others. As performers they also make use of their own action, Rapination, which features assorted vocalists, plus they quickly have scored a UK Best 40 achievement in January 1993 using Kym Mazelle’s vocals on ‘Like Me THE PROPER Way’.
