The Push Stars

Boston alternative popsters the Force Superstars are led by songwriter/vocalist/guitarist Chris Trapper, with bassist/keyboardist Dan McLoughlin and drummer Ryan MacMillan rounding out the lineup. The music group debuted in 1996 with an record for the now-defunct Imago label, Match Me on the Fair; following that, they self-released the 1997 EP Tonight and got a spot within the soundtrack for the favorite romantic humor There’s Something On the subject of Mary using the track “Everything Shines.” Because the hype grew within the music group, Capitol authorized them up, issuing their major-label debut recording Following the Party in 1999. Starting Time adopted in springtime 2001. As each person in the music group contacted 30, the Drive Stars took total innovative control. They authorized to the SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA imprint 33rd Road and joined maker/engineer Greg Collins (WITHOUT DOUBT, Matchbox Twenty, Jewel in springtime 2003 to begin with recording The Drive Stars’ fourth recording. Matchbox Twenty’s Rob Thomas noticed the band’s function happening and was therefore impressed with it, he brought the Drive Stars on the highway for Matchbox Twenty’s fall tour of THE UNITED STATES. In March 2004, the music group released Paint THE CITY.
