Influenced from the noisy post-punk from NORTH PARK and Chicago math-rock, THE PROGRAM met up in the planting season of 1999 like a part task for North of America vocalist/guitarist Michael Catano and Led By Repent bassist Mackenzie Ogilvie. After guitarist David Harrison and drummer Jon Hutt had been recruited, the quartet performed around their Halifax hometown and quickly authorized to Matlock Information.
