Rock and roll quartet the Paper Sons formed in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA in 2007 whenever a trio of instrumentalists who was simply playing jointly since 2003 — bassist Fran Dickinson, guitarist Phil Pristia, and drummer Dennis Rodriguez — was joined by vocalist Tom McCullough. They released their debut EP, Great Series, after having been jointly only five a few months. The next season came another EP, Underground. The Paper Sons agreed upon to minus Mind RECORDS because of their first full-length record, In the Throes…, released on March 2, 2010.
