Popular within their indigenous Singapore, the Aged Kings certainly are a folk-rock music group with ties to america. Named after Path 6A in Cape Cod, MA, the music group was created in Singapore in 1997 by songwriter Patrick Linton (vocals, classical guitar) and Brian Crabtree (acoustic guitar, bass), who have been teenagers at that time and had been enrolled as college students in the Singapore American College. A new music group lineup was put together for each recording release, specifically The Aged Kings (2000), Likely to the Opera (2001), Thanks for visiting the Inn of Joy (2003), and Divine Culture (2005), as Linton relocated backwards and forwards between Singapore and america.
