The Nighty Nite

A nervy, experimental post-punk rock and roll clothing fronted by Grammy Award-winning maker, engineer, multi-instrumentalist, and composer John Congleton, the Nighty Nite formed in 2011 following the dissolution of Congleton’s previous music group, the Paper Run after. Becoming a member of Congleton in providing the knotty rhythms, elliptical melodies, and dark, twisted lyrics that serve as the band’s basis are Chris Tignor (Cables Under Pressure), Kevin Schneider (Shearwater), and Jordan Geiger (Medical center Boats). The Nighty Nite released a four-song EP, Dimples, via Bandcamp and Graveface Information shortly after developing, and in 2016 they released their debut studio room long-player, Before Horror Moves, through Excess fat Possum.
