Becoming a member of Congleton in providing the knotty rhythms, elliptical melodies, and dark, twisted lyrics that serve as the band’s basis are Chris Tignor (Cables Under Pressure), Kevin Schneider (Shearwater), and Jordan Geiger (Medical center Boats).
