The Mighty Underdogs

Some sort of underground rap supergroup made up of Quannum labelmates Present of Gab (from Blackalicious) and Lateef (from Latyrx) along with manufacturer Headnodic (from Crown Town Rockers), the Mighty Underdogs met up after Lateef invited Gab to become listed on him on some Headnodic beats he was rhyming more than. The three discovered that they proved helpful well jointly and made a decision to contact themselves the Mighty Underdogs, self-releasing the six-song EP The Prelude in nov 2007 in expectation of their debut full-length, Droppin’ Research Fiction, which got an impressive collection of guests — MF Doom, Lyrics Delivered, DJ Darkness, Mr. Lif, Chali 2na, Informal — and a 2008 road date.
