The Men

Brooklyn’s Nick Chiericozzi, Chris Hansell, and Tag Perro shaped scuzzy post-punk group the Guys in 2008. Before recruiting drummer Full Samis, they self-released the albums We Will be the Guys and Immaculada, and a few tapes. The music group documented in Python Patrol studio room because of its Sacred Bone fragments debut, SET OFF, that was released in 2011. They came back the next March with Open up Your Heart, growing their musical palette to meld nation, psych, and browse influences using their blistering rock and roll. Their fourth record, New Moon, aswell as their Campfire Music EP, found its way to 2013. The Guys continuing their musical progression, aswell as their prolific streak, using their 5th album, Tomorrow’s Strikes, which discovered them moving additional from their hardcore root base toward the earnest blue-collar rock and roll of performers like Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty. In 2016, the group revisited its loud, more experimental aspect with Devil Music.
