THE CHEAPEST of the reduced formed in early 1991 in Toronto, rising in the same vibrant music scene that produced such bands because the Barenaked Females and Rheostatics. Within half a year, Lowest of the reduced had obtained a rabid regional following. In nov 1991, the music group released their initial independent Compact disc, Shakespeare My Butt. When no record brands showed any curiosity, the cheapest of the reduced began touring, offering copies of the disc from the medial side from the stage. Their popularity grew through person to person, and Shakespeare My Butt ultimately marketed over 10,000 copies, a significant feat for a little Canadian band without distribution or label support. In 1993, the music group agreed upon with LSD, an unbiased label located in Vancouver, and got into the studio room with manufacturer Don Smith to focus on their second discharge. It was afterwards revealed by associates of the music group that the periods were filled up with stress between bandmembers and Don Smith, producing the creative procedure difficult. Once the record was finished, Lowest of the reduced thought we would terminate their cope with LSD and rather agreed upon a distribution cope with A&M. Hallucigenia, the cheapest from the Low’s second Compact disc, premiered in past due 1993. After touring across Canada for some of 1994, the associates of the music group, by now hardly speaking to each other, chose to contact it quits. For another six years, the bandmembers done various individual tasks, while the status and recognition of Lowest of the reduced continued to develop. In past due 2000, the music group, perhaps recognizing their old music group was popular than their single tasks, regrouped for some live times across Canada. Their reunion tour demonstrated so effective that the cheapest of the reduced added more times and continuing to tour through 2001.
