The Hunt

Dark and brooding indie goth rock act the Hunt were shaped in 2007 by NY musicians Jasper McGandy and Christian Kount. Enamored with the task of post-punk rings like Southern Loss of life Cult and New Model Military, the Hunt started writing tracks and playing around New York, ultimately embarking on several short tours aswell and issuing their debut 7″ in 2007 because the initial release for the just-started Sacred Bone fragments label. The bandmembers attemptedto record a full-length many times, eventually time for their collective hometown of Boston, where they effectively put their music to tape.
