The Hootenairs

The Hootenairs were an organization put together across the singing and playing talents of Mason Williams and Marilyn Powell. They documented for the Crown Information label in the first ’60s, appearing using one multi-artist compilation, Hootenanny Tonight!, and an LP of their very own, Even more Hootenanny. The various other members were Jack port Powell on electric guitar and Ed Douglas on upright bass.
