Biography
The ’60s pop clothing the Happenings enjoyed a three-year run of several hit singles past due in the 10 years. Created in 1961 in Patterson, NJ, the group offers noticed their lineup differ from time to period, but founding member/business lead vocalist Bob Miranda is a continuous member through everything. Immediately after, the Happenings started scoring strike singles, including such quantity types as “Observe You in Sept” and “I ACQUIRED Rhythm,” and also other moderate strikes (“DISAPPEAR COMPLETELY LITTTLE LADY,” “My Mammy,” and “Lady on a Golf swing,” amongst others). Furthermore with their singles, the Happenings released many full-length recordings, including 1966’s self-titled debut, 1967’s Psycle, and 1969’s Little bit of Brain, performed on such well-known TV shows because the Tonight Display With Johnny Carson, The Smothers Brothers Display, as well as the Merv Griffin Display, and distributed the concert stage alongside such notables because the Seaside Males, Roy Orbison, Joan Streams, John Denver, the Drifters, as well as the Kingston Trio, amongst others. Within the ’90s, Miranda created a new edition from the Happenings, playing out live alongside users Bob Kulik and George Rizzi.
