Although Tag Lanegan and Greg Dulli initial met at a celebration in 1989, both didn’t start building music jointly — and be friends, for example — before following decade, after both had skilled effective careers as associates from the cult grunge bands the Screaming Trees and shrubs as well as the Afghan Whigs, respectively. Their likewise stressed pasts (and presents) forged a solid connection between them, helped just by their equivalent musical likes and expressions. Lanegan arrived within the 2003 recording Blackberry Belle by Dulli’s fresh group, the Twilight Performers, and Dulli made an appearance on Lanegan’s 2004 single full-length, Bubblegum, and toured along with his music group like a piano participant. In 2006 the Twilight Performers released A Stitch with time, an EP that presented two collaborations with Lanegan, who was simply practically an associate from the touring music group at that time, anyway. Finally, authorized to Sub Pop, the Gutter Twins released their debut full-length, Saturnalia, in March of 2008.
