After Billie Ray Martin still left Electribe 101 for the studio career, her ex-bandmates formed the Groove Company. Composed of studio room designers, the trio sometimes recruits vocalists (such as for example dub superstar Bim Sherman for the “Ghetto Prayer” one) but generally explores ambient-soul independently. 1995’s Co-operation is certainly on Birmingham, England’s Network label; Dub Plates in the Elephant House implemented five years afterwards.
