The Good, the Bad & the Queen

“THE NICE, the Poor & the Queen” identifies all the subject matter that live beneath the London sun, so it is a fitted if uncomfortable moniker to get a project — not really a music group, as its leader provides strenuously asserted — created by Blur frontman Damon Albarn in an effort to return to authoring Britain, specifically London, the topic that brought him to fame within the mid-’90s among the leading lighting of Brit-pop.
