Biography
Detroit rockers the Frost were led by vocalist/guitarist Dick Wagner, a longtime staple from the southeast Michigan music picture who through the early ’60s led community favorites the Bossmen. Following the Bossmen disbanded — bassist Tag Farner later continued to create Grand Funk Railroad — Wagner founded the Frost with guitarist Don Hartman, bassist Jack port Smolinski and drummer Bob Riggs; after fully exchanging Smolinski for Gordy Garris, the group debuted in 1968 using the solitary “Bad Young lady,” and upon putting your signature on to Vanguard they released their 1969 debut LP Frost Music, rating a local smash using the solitary “Mystery Guy.” Stone Music, documented live at Detroit’s famed Grande Ballroom, adopted later on that same yr, but despite making a cult pursuing through the entire Midwest the Frost didn’t capture a nationwide viewers, and in the wake of 1970’s With the Eye of Like the group disbanded. Wagner later on continued to considerable achievement as a program guitarist, dealing with performers including Lou Reed, Alice Cooper, and Peter Gabriel.

10 | Over the last half century the television interview has given us some of TV's most heart-stopping and memorable moments. On the surface it is a simple format - two people sitting across from one another having a conversation. But underneath it is often a power struggle - a battle for the psychological advantage. |
