The Foghorn Stringband

Nevertheless, these were drawn to Appalachian folk music and traditional nation, and used instruments to try out it. They started encountering one another at the Country wide Fiddle Championships in Weiser, Identification, and in 2000 shaped the first edition of the music group, that they dubbed Foghorn Leghorn. It highlighted Stephen “Sammy” Lind on fiddle and tranquility vocals, the Reverend P.T. Grover, Jr., on banjo, Caleb Klauder on mandolin and tranquility vocals, Brian Bagdonas on bass, along with a 5th member who afterwards dropped away and was changed by lead vocalist and tempo guitarist Kevin Sandri. They structured themselves in Portland, OR. Changing their name towards the Foghorn Stringband, the group documented its first record, Rattlesnake Tidal Influx, in Sept 2002 and self-released it on the Foghorn Music label in June 2003. Reap EVERYTHING YOU Sow implemented in August 2004, and in August 2005 the group was found with the Nettwerk America label because of their third record, Weiser Sunrise.
