The Fixxers

Quik (formerly DJ Quik) and AMG, two Compton-based Western world Coastline rap veterans, teamed up in past due 2006 to create the Fixxers, an wall socket for the set seeing that MCs and manufacturers. Since stunning big with “Bitch Betta Possess My Cash” in 1991, AMG got recorded sporadically being a single musician, while he made an appearance on numerous paths headlined by others — some of which were made by Quik. While Quik released single albums with better regularity, he also became significantly respected (if not really recognized nearly more than enough) for his function behind the planks, collaborating with an array of MCs and performers, including 8Ball & MJG, Jay-Z, Jadakiss, Ludacris, Janet Jackson, Christopher Williams, and Whitney Houston. As the Fixxers, Quik and AMG agreed upon with Interscope and preceded their initial full-length in early 2007 using the stripped-down membership single “IS IT POSSIBLE TO Werk wit Dat?”
