The Dipsomaniacs, never to be confused using the entirely different American music group from the same name, formed in Norway in 1997, and play music highly indebted to psychedelic pop/rock of both ’60s as well as the paisley underground. Oyvind Holm may be the prominent shape in the group, composing a lot of the materials, doing business lead vocals, and playing electric guitar and various various other instruments. Their 4th record, Stethoscopic Notion, arrived in 2001.
