Jeff Norberg, D. Rauh, and Mitchell Linker compose the energy pop audio of Fairfield, CT’s the Dent. The trio fulfilled while still in junior saturated in 1989 as well as the people found themselves composing their own tracks as well. From the mid-’90s with the elevation of grunge, the Dent had been in university and playing in a variety of band competitions. These were also getting praise on university radio around their hometown; such buzz led them release a a self-titled six-song EP in 1995. Within 2 yrs, the music group was booking travels out East and prepping for an effective studio room full-length. The separately released Beauty Cries (1998) was the fruits of these years and its own infectious pop sound led the music group an area at North by Northwest in Toronto in 1999. 3 years afterwards, the Dent implemented up with Neurotica.
