The Dead Ships

Los Angeles music group the Deceased Boats practice an untamed make of melodic indie rock and roll inspired partly from the Pixies. Vocalist/guitarist Devlin McCluskey and drummer Christopher Spindelilus self-released an LP entitled Electric powered Ahab in early 2012 that drew evaluations to the White colored Stripes. They added bass participant Alex Moore and grew a group of fans via energetic concert events as well as the support of California alt-rock radio before coming back with EP 1 in 2015. It had been made by Broken Public Scene’s Brendan Canning, who portrayed interest in dealing with the Deceased Ships after viewing them live. The group’s major-label debut, Citycide, found its way to June 2016 on Nevado Information.
