The D4

Created by two Auckland, New Zealand, natives who only pass the titles of Dion and Jimmy, both guitarists/vocalists met up because the D4 in 1998 after branching away using their former strap, Almost nothing. Making use of their self-titled, self-released 1999 debut EP, the D4 would catch a ruckus of AC/DC/Motörhead-fueled garage-punk that could eventually follow around the self-titled Compact disc EP and Women Man sole, both which arrived in 2000. Another 12 months, the D4 remained on the self-releasing spree in 2001 making use of their 1st full-length, entitled 6Twenty.
